Tuition fees are due in full by the first day of each term. There will be NO REFUNDS or PARTIAL CREDITS made after the third class of the term. The only exceptions would be for long-term illness or a transfer move out of the state. Make-ups: In the case of a child's absence (this includes weekend cooking classes), he/she is invited to attend another French class - held Monday - Friday within two week's time as a make-up. We appreciate you letting us know if your child will be missing a class as well as when your child will be doing a make-up class. In the event of inclement weather - Franc-O-Fun will follow whatever the public schools in that specific town are doing with regards to closings or delays. If there is a morning school-opening delay, Franc-O-Fun classes normally scheduled before noon will not be held. Check our website under "news". Franc-O-Fun will create snow-make-up days at the end of the term. If a student is unable to attend the snow make-up day, he/she may attend an alternate class as a make-up. Credits or refunds will not be given for snow make-up days. Classes are filled on a first-come first serve basis. Our maximum number of children in a class is 10. Mom's classes maximum is 6. Once a class is full you may be placed on a waiting list and we will notify you when there is an opening. The monthly cooking classes are reserved for those children already enrolled in weekly Franc-O-Fun classes. They are considered a supplement to the foundational French classes. The trips to France are reserved for those children or Moms already enrolled in weekly Franc-O-Fun classes. Franc-O-Fun staff reserves the right to remove a child from the program that is causing harm to others, is repeatedly disruptive or whose learning challenges require excessive individual attention.   A tuition refund will be pro-rated.
